General Information

Please read carefully.  Very important information. 

TOUR PRICE -  $3650. PER PERSON  

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES: 

TRANSPORTATION: Roundtrip airfare from DFW to Tel Aviv, Israel on Delta

HOTELS: Deluxe 4-star hotels based on double occupancy.  Single room supplement fee: $427.

MEALS: Full Israeli-style breakfast buffet and dinner buffet daily.  Lunch is not included in your Tour Price.  Travelers should budget a minimum of $10. per lunch daily.  Drinks are not provided but may be purchased with your meals and charged to your hotel room.

BAGGAGE: Delta permits two suitcases per person limited to 50 pounds each plus one carry-on bag not to exceed 22 X 14 X 9 inches and less than 40 pounds (a purse is not considered a carry-on).  The airlines will charge a fee for any overage. Also, there might be additional baggage fees determined by airline that will be the responsibility of the Tour Participant. (So far, they are not charging for international flights).

TAXES: All airfare taxes and fuel surcharges are included in our reservations.  However, there could be an additional fuel surcharge until the time of ticketing which is out of our control.  Any increases in these taxes/fuel surcharges are the responsibility of the Tour Participant and will be assessed before you receive your tickets. 

TIPS: Customary minimum gratuities and tips have been included in your Tour Price.  Any additional tips for the Guide and Bus Driver are completely at the discretion of the Tour Participant.  (We’ll pass the hat on our final day.  )

TOURING: All transportation is by a deluxe, air-conditioned motor coach.  All site entrance fees are included in the price.   

TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: 

PASSPORT APPLICATION FEES: A valid US Passport is required.  All fees associated with the acquiring of a passport are the sole responsibility of the Tour Participant.  A PASSPORT IS CONSIDERED NOT VALID IF IT EXPIRES WITHIN SIX MONTHS FROM THE TOUR DEPARTURE DATE.  Normal passport application process can take up to 4-6 weeks.  If you wait until the last moment the processing fees will cost you around $200 extra.  So, don’t wait.  Apply at your local Post Office.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE:  Insurance to cover trip cancellations or interruptions is NOT included but may be purchased from local travel agents or on the internet.

MEDICAL INSURANCE: Medical insurance in not provided.  Tour Participants should contact their local agents for instructions on overseas medical emergencies and coverage.

PERSONAL EXPENSES: Personal expenses such as laundry services, phone calls, postage stamps, etc. are not included.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You may cancel your participation in the tour up until July 31, 2008 without penalty or loss.

Cancellation Fees: Aug 1st-Sept 18^th -  50% of the total Tour Price

                                  After Sept 18^th – 100% of the total Tour Price.   

This is because all payments are disbursed to the airlines and Tour Operator.   Once tickets are issued by the airlines they are non-refundable and non-changeable.

MasterMedia together with the Israeli land agent, Sar-El Tour act only in the capacity of an agent in all matters of transportation and tour operations.  Our liability is limited to the terms of the tickets and this membership agreement.  Notice is given that all arrangements of transportation, hotel accommodations and other particulars of the tour are made by Sar-El Tours as agent upon the express condition that they shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss accident, delays or inconvenience caused by any defect in the operation of any vehicle or airline.  MasterMedia and Sar-El Tours shall have no liability for inconveniences caused by war, bankruptcy of service providers or other circumstances outside the normal control of an agent.  Signing this registration form and full payment of the Tour Price constitutes an agreement that the Tour Participant understands and agrees to all condition and information listed in the itinerary brochure and this form.  The Operator reserves the right to alter the itinerary as may be deemed necessary or beyond our control and the best interest of the Tour Party as a whole.  The right is reserved to cancel the tour prior to departure and to decline to accept any person as a member of the tour.
